Stuffed mushrooms

  • Small button mushrooms – stems removed and finely chopped.

  • Several slices of salami – finely chopped

  • Onion – finely chopped

  • Couple of tablespoons of cream cheese (the kind in a jar)

  • Couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce

  • Sauté onion, mushroom stems and salami in a little oil until onion cooked.

  • Mix in the cheese and tomato sauce.

  • Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.

  • Place on a baking tray and cook in oven at moderate heat for ~10 minutes.
