Stuffed mushrooms

ingredients

  • Small button mushrooms – stems removed and finely chopped.
  • Several slices of salami – finely chopped
  • Onion – finely chopped
  • Couple of tablespoons of cream cheese (the kind in a jar)
  • Couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce

directions

  • 1

    Sauté onion, mushroom stems and salami in a little oil until onion cooked.

  • 2

    Mix in the cheese and tomato sauce.

  • 3

    Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.

  • 4

    Place on a baking tray and cook in oven at moderate heat for ~10 minutes.
