Stuffed mushrooms
ingredients
- Small button mushrooms – stems removed and finely chopped.
- Several slices of salami – finely chopped
- Onion – finely chopped
- Couple of tablespoons of cream cheese (the kind in a jar)
- Couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce
directions

Sauté onion, mushroom stems and salami in a little oil until onion cooked.

Mix in the cheese and tomato sauce.

Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.

Place on a baking tray and cook in oven at moderate heat for ~10 minutes.
