Tempting-Me Truffles
ingredients
- 1 package, (8 oz), cream cheese @ room temperature.
- 1 tsp. real vanilla flavoring
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 5 squares (1 oz. Each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
- Coarsely ground almonds or walnuts
- Unsweetened special dark Hershey’s Cocoa

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating very well between adding’s. Beat in melted chocolate squares & vanilla flavoring until well mixed.

Refrigerate mixture until firm enough to roll into 1-inch balls, (2 to 3 hours). Roll chilled balls in crushed nuts, then cocoa powder & powdered sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
