Chicken and Dressing

Racheln’s Favorite and hopefully Drew!

  • 6 cups bread, crumbled

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • ¼ cup onion, chopped

  • 2 raw eggs, beaten well

  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped small

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Broth

  • 3 bouillon cubes

  • 1 medium Fryer

  • Boil medium fryer, cover with water and 3 bouillon cubes. Cook till meat falls off the bones, cool and debone, save broth for dressing. Cook in 9x13 Pyrex, spray with Pam, small pieces of chicken can be pressed into dressing.
