Pico de gallo
Grandma Fisher’s Pico!
ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 3 seeded and minced jalapeno peppers
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- salt to taste
- pinch of garlic powder
directions
- 1
1- cut tomatoes in half, take out middle
- 2
2- chop outside of tomatoes into small pieces

3- dice onion
- 4
4- dice cilantro
- 5
5- add salt and garlic powder
- 6
6-combine all ingredients

7- chill over night in refrigerator (will blend better and be more spicy after chilling).

8- in morning mix again
- 9
9- Serve with chips or on Tacos.
