Chewy Cake

ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl at one time. Stir (I use my hands as it is stiff).

Bake in 12“ by 14” pan slowly at 350° until done. While baking, cake will rise and fall. Cut into squares, while it is still warm.
