Easy to mix, sets up overnight for easy and early morning baking
1 14 oz bag of dry croutons
1 dozen eggs
2 c. of milk
2 c. shredded American or cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
Spray cake pan with non-stick spray. Empty bag of croutons in 9x13 cake pan. Whisk together eggs and milk. Crumbled uncooked sausage on top of croutons. Next sprinkle on shredded cheese. Pour milk/egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve.
