Lamb Falafel
ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned chickpeas
- 3/4 lb ground lamb
- 3 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup canned chickpeas
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1.25 tsp sea salt
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup water to desired consistency

Mash chickpeas and add all other ingredients for falafels together.

Shape into balls and shallow fry.
Combine sauce ingredients in blender.
