Hearty Cheese Soup

ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/3 cup water
- 10 oz frozen corn
- 3/4 c shredded carrots
- 1/8 t pepper
- 3 cans cream of potato soup
- 3 cans milk
- 2 c shredded cheddar
- 3/4 c shredded jack
- 1 cup chopped broccoli

Sauté onion in butter
- 2
Add 2nd set of ingredients and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add 3rd set of ingredients, stir until cheese melts.
