Baked Frozen Corn

  • 17 cups cut corn

  • 1 lb. real butter, melted

  • 1 pint half and half (or cream)

  • Mix corn with ingredients in roasting pan. Make at 325° for one hour. Stir often. Cool. Pack in zip lock bags. Remove as much air as possible. Do not over cook when serving.
