Anise Cookies

These are great Christmas Cookies
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 2 tbs. anise seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tbs. hot water
- 4 1/2 cups flour
directions
Beat eggs until light. Add brown sugar, continue beating. Add seed, salt, and dissolved soda in water, then flour. Form into small balls. Roll in sugar and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 10 min.
