ingredients
- 16 oz Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1 Lg Box Strawberry or Cherry Jello
- 2 12 oz containers Cool Whip
- 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple (well drained)
- 10 oz bag Miniature Marshmallows
- 2 c chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Place Cottage cheese in blender and blend until it looks like sour cream (usually about 3-5 min will do). Add dry Jello to cottage cheese and blend well.

Pour into large bowl and combine rest of ingredients in order given. Make sure Cool Whip is well blended in with cottage cheese and jello before adding rest of ingredients.

Place in nice salad bowl and refrigerate about 1 hour.
