Banana Bread
Mommy’s best banana bread recipe.
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 cups flour (2 white, 1 whole wheat)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 4 ripe bananas

Whisk together all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Beat together eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar in an electric mixer. Add bananas and blend until smooth. Slowly add the dry ingredients until a batter forms. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.

Grease two 9 x 5 bread pans. Add half of batter to each and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once baked, leave bread in pans for about 15 minutes before removing.
