Makes enough to dress 8 cups of greens. Dressing can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 3 days.
ingredients
- 3/4 cups olive oil
- 2 cups chopped fresh basil
- 1 shallot, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
