Smoked Chicken
This is one of my favorite summer BBQ recipies. This is a guarenteed great tasting recipe that everyone will enjoy. This recipe will take no time to prepare, but lots of time to smoke!
ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (or chicken breast)
- 2 tablespoons of: chipotle chile pepper, rosemary, worcestershire sauce, all purpose seasoning, and poultry seasoning.
- 1 teaspoon of: salt, pepper, hot sause
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil (only for whole chicken), 2 for breast
- 1 tablespoon of soy sause

Marignate the chicken with all of these ingredients in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, or even over night.The most important thing you need for this recipe is the smoker. First, light your charcoles, or light your pit. Get any smoking wood in the smoker that you would like.

For a great taste smoke on hickory wood.

Put the chicken in the smoker. Let it smoke for 5 to 8 hours. The longer you let it smoke, the better it is going to taste.
