Janny's Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 2 pkg. Top Raman
- 4 tbs. sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 6 tbs. rice vinegar
- 1 bag pre-mixed shredded cabbage and carrots (cole slaw mix)
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced
- 1 cup toasted, sliced almonds
- 3 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 4 chicken breasts, chicken and cubed
- 1 cup green peas

In a blender combine the seasoning packets from the Top Raman and the next 5 ingredients to make the dressing. Set aside.

Bake the chicken. Cube. Chill

Cook the Top Raman noodles. Chill

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss.

Serve chilled
