Margaret's Banana Nut Bread
Most people don’t think Margaret Davis can cook. She surprises us sometimes with this easy bread. Delicious.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream margarine and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs - one at a time, beating well.
Mix in bananas.
Combine flour and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture.
Spoon into a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
