Crab Delight (Crab Burgers)

Fresh Crab Burgers from The Gulf Shores Steamer

ingredients

1 package Lump crab meat
1 package Dark crab meat
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 chopped boiled eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup wild rich (Uncle Bens)
Light mayonnaise (to bind ingredients)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Secret spices (from the Gulf Shores Steamer)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Hamburger buns

Combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Remove from refrigerator, form into “hamburger” size pattys. Cook in a skillet on the stove top in butter until golden brown. Serve immediately on a hamburger bun.
