Goo Balls
These bite sized snacks are so yummy I can’t have just one. Feel free to indulge on these healthy protein rich treats. Great for snacking on at work.
ingredients
- 1 C. Peanutbutter - I like chunky
- 1 C. dry roasted edamame (soy beans)
- 3/4 C. dried cranberries (or raisins)
- 3 T. powdered sugar
directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and store in the fridge. Enjoy :)
