Chicken Stir Fry

ingredients

  • 8 oz. angel hair pasta, uncooked
  • 2 c broccoli
  • 1 lb. bonless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 c Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp each ground ginger, garlic, red pepper
  • 1/3 c chopped peanuts

directions

Cook pasta, adding vegetables last three minutes of boiling time. Spray skillet with oil and cook chicken 6-8 mins. Stir in dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper. Put chicken and vegetables over pasta and serve. Substitute any vegetables for broccoli.
