Cheese Sausage Bits
ingredients
- 1 lb. aged sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lb raw hot sausage
- 3 cups Bisquik (or other biscuit mix)

Melt the aged cheddar cheese in top of double boiler. Add the sausage to cheese and blend will. Add to this mixture the 3 cups Bisquick and stir well

Shape into small biscuits.

Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.

Serve hot.
