Pumpkin Cookies
Soft cake like pumpkin cookies
Cream sugar and margarine. Add pumpkin and eggs. Beat well.
Add dry ingriedients to pumpkin mixture. Mix well.
Add chopped nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
Store in air tight container for 1 week.
