Stuffed Chicken
Debone chicken by:
-seperate the skin from meat using blunt end of knife
-seperate joints (wings from breast and legs from thigh) cut them apart
-remove whole meat, boil and cut
Marinate deboned chicken into soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix all first 10 ingredients and add the scrambled egg/flour mixture as binder. Sew one end of the chicken and stuff the above mixture in. Stuff boiled eggs to 4 corners. Sew other end of chicken and Bake 375 for 1-1½ hours until golden brown.
