  • ½ CUP CELERY

  • ½ CUP MINCED WHITE ONION

  • ½ CUP CAN CORN CORN

  • 1 LB. SAUSAGE

  • 1 CUP CHOPPED MUSHROOMS

  • ½ tsp. POULTRY SEASONING

  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

  • COOK SAUSAGE OVER MEDIUM HEAT(USE ANY SAUSAGE YOU LIKE)

  • WHEN DONE DRAIN SAUSGE OVER PAPERTOWELS

  • ADD CELERY,ONION AND MUSHROOMS TO PAN, USE MED-HIGH HEAT SO MUSHROOMS DO NOT RELEASE WATER

  • COOK ABOUT 3-4 MINS.

  • ADD SAUSAGE BACK TO PAN

  • ADD BREAD, STIR IN POUTRY SEASONING

  • ADD CORN & SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER
