Best Potato Soup
ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes, peeled and shopped
- 8 bacon strips
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 10 oz. corn
- 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese

Cook potatoes in water until tender
- 2
Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain

In the same skillet, saute onion and celery in drippings until tender

If potatoes are done, drain and return to pot. Stir in soup, milk, sour cream, S&P, corn, celery, onions and bacon. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes or until heated through (do not boil)

When serving, top with cheddar cheese
