Cowboy Spaghetti

Rachael Ray did it right withthis one!

ingredients

  • 1 lb. Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 lb. Ground Sirloin
  • 1 med. Onion
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • Hot Sauce (as much as you’d like -I put A LOT)
  • Worchestershire Sauce (as much as you’d like - I put A LOT here, too!)
  • 1 14-oz can Fire Roasted tomatoes, or Rotel or regular
  • 1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese

    Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook to al dente. Drain.

    Heat a deep skillet over Med-High heat. Add EVOO and bacon. Brown the bacon and remove from pan. At the beef and brown it. Add onions, garlic, hot sauce, worchestershire and bacon to the pan. Cook 5-6 minutes to let the flavors combine, then stir in the tomatoes and tomato sauce.

    Add the cooked spaghetti to the meat sauce and put cheese on top.
