Turkey Meatloaf
Yum. Who needs beef?
ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. chunky salsa
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix everything together, except the ketchup. (Using your hands works best.)

Place the mixture in a meatloaf pan and cover with ketchup.

Cover and bake for 1 hour.
