  • 4 cups riced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

    Mix all ingredients into warm potatoes. Chill overnight. When ready to make, add 1 1/4 cups flour. Dough should be soft but not sticky.

    Roll paper thin on well floured cloth with covered, floured rolling pin. Cook on 450° griddle on both sides until golden brown.
