Lefse
Mix all ingredients into warm potatoes. Chill overnight. When ready to make, add 1¼ cups flour. Dough should be soft but not sticky.
Roll paper thin on well floured cloth with covered, floured rolling pin. Cook on 450° griddle on both sides until golden brown.
