Mur's Squash Soup
Murlene Nunn is Johnette and Katie’s co-worker at Allstate and my lunch partner on “Secretary” day
ingredients
- Full bag of zucchini (plastic produce bag)
- 1/2 bag summer squash
- 1 red onion chopped
- 4 grated potatoes
- 1 cube butter
directions
Slice zucchini and chop the onion. Grade potatoes. Put everything in a pot with the butter and add just enough water so as not to burn. Cook on low 1 1/2 hours. Add milk to taste along with salt and pepper to taste.
