Balsamic VinaigretteMelina Storch
Try over greens topped with Parmesan

- 30 minutes (waiting time)
- 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Combine shallot, balsamic vinegar and salt and macerate for 30 minutes.
Immediately before serving, gradually whisk in olive oil.
