Asian Napa Cabbage Salad
ingredients
Salad- 1 head of Napa cabbage
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 4 oz slivered almonds - oven toasted a golden brown
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 package Ramen Noodle (NO flavor packet)
- 1/2 cup margarine/butter
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Slice or shred the cabbage and onions and combine. *** It helps the flavor to let them sit together for approx. 8hrs or overnight. Smash the Ramen Noodles in a ziplock bag. Saute them seasame seeds, Ramen Noodles and almonds in butter. Let cool. Put them in the salad just before eating.

Combine the canola oil, sugar, red wine vinegar and soy sauce. Set aside and wait to put the dressing on until just before serving. Go LIGHT on the dressing to insure better flavor.
