Creamy Corn

Great side dish for any holiday, piping hot delicious corn!

  • Melt butter in saucepan, then add in flour,let cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Stir in milk,bring to a boil and stir until smooth.Add cream cheese and then Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

  • Add frozen corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

  • You can double the recipe or triple it as needed, depending on number of people being served of course.
