Creamy Corn
Great side dish for any holiday, piping hot delicious corn!
ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 8 ounce philly cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
directions

Melt butter in saucepan, then add in flour,let cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in milk,bring to a boil and stir until smooth.Add cream cheese and then Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add frozen corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

You can double the recipe or triple it as needed, depending on number of people being served of course.
