Butterflied Leg of Lamb
This is what home tastes like. At Easter.

Marinade:- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 part chili sauce
- 1 part mint sauce
- 1 part red currant jelly
