Spicy Grilled Flank Steak
ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. grill seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 4 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lbs flank steak or london broil

Lightly score steak in diamond pattern on both sides (to prevent curling during cooking process, and allow marinating to be more effective).

Mix ingredients together, then drizzle and whisk in olive oil. Pour over steak in ziploc bag or shallow dish. Turn once after 10 minutes, then marinate additional 10-15 minutes.

Grill until steak registers 155° on meat thermometer, turning once.
