Rhubarb or Apple Crisp
ingredients
FILLING- 4 cups Rhubarb or Apple Diced
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine

Mix filling ingredients well and put into 7 inch round microwavable dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 3 minutes on high.

Mix dry crust ingredients into large bowl. Add butter, making a crumlbe mixture. Add to top of filling and microwave uncovered on high for 8 minutes or until crust is golden and fruit is tender. (May need to adjust sugar level in filling due to fruit used)
