Cut 2-3 rinsed chicken breast into 1½ inch strips. Combine flour and Meat Magic Seasoning, set aside.
Combine milk and eggs, set aside. in a bowl or large baggie add a few pieces of chicken and coat well.
Dip each piece of chicken into the milk-egg mixture. then coat with the flour mixture a second time. Heat oil to 365* in deep fryer or deep fry pan. Fry chicken for 15 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165*
