Emily's Hot Bean Dip

Emily is a good kid. She is always giving of her self. She has cut her hair off twice to give to cancer society for wigs. She walked in the Avon breast cancer walk this year (2008) and raised $2,000.00. She came back bruised and very exhausted. Before she barely sat down she announced she was going to do it again next year. Way to go Em

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in the re-fried beans, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce, parsley, green onions, half of the cheddar cheese and half of the jack cheese. Transfer the mixture to a 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and jack cheeses.

  • Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned.
