Tzatziki Sauce
Tzatziki is a traditional Greek cucumber sauce.
ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) container low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Drain extra liquid from yogurt.

Lay cucumber on a plate covered with paper towels and allow to drain 1-2 hours.

Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
