Mom's Lasanga
ingredients
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 Cup onion, chopped
- 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 4 cans tomato paste
- 2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
- 4 Cups water
- 3 Tablespoons parsley
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon garlic
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Cup romano cheese
- 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes

Brown meat and onion together then drain. Add tomatoes and spices. Cook on low for about 1 to 2 hours until thick and flavors are blended.

Layer with cooked lasanga noodles, ricotta and mozzerella cheeses. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
