2 layer Spagsagna
A’me made up the name. It’s a mixture of spaghetti & lasagne.
ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked & drained
- salt,pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 sm container ricotta
- 1/3c parmesan cheese, grated
- 6-8 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/2 lb browned ground beef
- 1/2 lb browned sausage
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 2 cp grated mozzarella cheese
directions

Spread noodles in 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, yogurt, & ricotta.

Spread over top and salt, pepper & parmesan cheese.

Layer meat on top of this.

Spread spaghetti over beef and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
