A’me made up the name. It’s a mixture of spaghetti & lasagne.

ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked & drained
  • salt,pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sm container ricotta
  • 1/3c parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6-8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 lb browned ground beef
  • 1/2 lb browned sausage
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cp grated mozzarella cheese

directions

  • 1

    Spread noodles in 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, yogurt, & ricotta.

  • 2

    Spread over top and salt, pepper & parmesan cheese.

  • 3

    Layer meat on top of this.

  • 4

    Spread spaghetti over beef and top with mozzarella cheese.

  • 5

    Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
