Mom's Potato Salad
ingredients
- 3 lbs cooked potatoes- just until tender and cubed
- 5 or 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans or Best Foods)
- 1-2 Tblsp prepared yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Combine everything in a bowl and mix. (Depending on your tastes, you can use more or less mayonnaise). Cool in frig
