Pasta with Sausage and Leeks
Simple, quick and delicious. Great weeknight meal.
ingredients
- 6 medium leeks, cut into very thin strips
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage (casings removed)
- 4 tbsp butter
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb fusilli (or any pasta shape)
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
