Spinach bread

Lottie Lipsey made this for a luncheon and I have loved it ever since.

ingredients

  • 1 loaf of french bread
  • 2-3 boxes of frozen chopped spinach
  • italian grated cheeses
  • garlic salt
  • 1 sm cream cheese, soft

directions

  • 1

    Cut bread lengthwise and butter

  • 2

    squeeze out all the juice from spinach until it is dry. Put in large bowl.

  • 3

    Using your hands mix all ingredients together. Put equally on bread.

  • 4

    Bake 350 for 15 minutes or until brown.
