Laura SherwoodLaura Sherwood

ingredients

  • 1 c pecans, chopped
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 German Chocolate Cake mix
  • 1 stick butter(soft)
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese(soft)
  • milk

directions

  • 1

    Grease 9x13 glass pan.

  • 2

Spread nuts and coconut on bottom.

  • 3

Mix cake as directed on box and pour batter over pecans and coconut.

  • 4

    Mix remaining ingredients.

  • 5

Add enough milk to get a good thick texture.

  • 6

Spoon the white stuff in globs over the top.

  • 7

When cooked this will give it the earthquake look.

  • 8

    Bake 350° for 45-55 minutes.

  • 9

If you use a metal dish it will turn out differently. I prefer the glass pan.

notes

This is best served hot right out of the oven....YUM! Enjoy the calories! You can always exercise it off!
