Earthquake Cake

  • Grease 9x13 glass pan.

  • Spread nuts and coconut on bottom.

  • Mix cake as directed on box and pour batter over pecans and coconut.

  • Mix remaining ingredients.

  • Add enough milk to get a good thick texture.

  • Spoon the white stuff in globs over the top.

  • When cooked this will give it the earthquake look.

  • Bake 350° for 45-55 minutes.

  • If you use a metal dish it will turn out differently. I prefer the glass pan.
