Edge's Cocktail Party Meatballs
Adam “Edge” Copeland is a pro-wrestler for the WWE. He admits to not being a good cook, but one thing he knows is meatballs. This is one of his recipes.
Combine ground beef, egg, and onion in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired. Form into meatballs and set aside.
In a smaller bowl combine parsley, chili sauce, grape jelly, and Worcestershire. Once mixed well, pour into a 10" skillet and heat until just starting to bubble. Add meatballs and stir to coat them evenly. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking and burning.
