Laura's Manicotti
This appears more complicated than it really is and is delish!
ingredients
- manicotti shells
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- parsley
- paresan cheese, grated
- 1 jar of Prego sauace
- mozzarella cheese, grated
directions

Cook shells and cool by putting them back into their holders.

In large bowl mix all ingredients except for Prego and mozzarella.

Stuff each shell with mixture. Put stuffed shells in greased 9x13 pan and top with sauce and cheese.

Book at 350 for 35 minutes, foil on....Take foil off for last 5 minutes or so until bubbly.
