Bj’s Crazy Banana Bread

EpicuriousEpicurious Editor

A unique variation on Grandma Mary’s banana bread, which is where the recipe originated from. Besides bananas, I added peaches, strawberries and whipping cream, and created a dish fit for royalty, and us poor folk, as well! You can use whatever fruit you fancy, the sky’s the limit! That’s the best thing about banana bread! You can do what you want, go crazy, and it’ll always turn out right every time. Enjoy, and let me know what you think. Send some suggestions on how you would vary the recipe, what things you would add. Why not pistachios/cashews, substituted for pecans! Create your own, and please, share them with us!
