Scalloped Potatoes
Easy and wonderful! The kids are lining up for more!
ingredients
- 4 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 3 cps milk
- 6-7 large potatoes, sliced thin(I like to use red potatoes for this one)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
directions
In large sauce pan melt butter, add flour and slowly add milk. Bring to a boil then add soup. Layer potatoes in 9x13 greased pan. Add onions to each layer and pour sauce over potatoes. Bake 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Top with grated cheese if desired, and I so desire to do just that...can you ever have enough cheese?
