1 can southwest black beans
1 can corn, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
Dash of Tobasco Sauce
In a medium bowl combine beans, corn, green pepper, tomato, green onions. Ina separate bowl whisk together dressing ingrediants. Toss the corn/ bean mixture with the dressing and mix in cilantro.
