Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Salad:
  • 1 can southwest black beans

  • 1 can corn, drained

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

Dressing:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoon sugar

  • Dash of Tobasco Sauce

  • In a medium bowl combine beans, corn, green pepper, tomato, green onions. Ina separate bowl whisk together dressing ingrediants. Toss the corn/ bean mixture with the dressing and mix in cilantro.
