Mexican 4 Layer Bean Dip

ingredients

  • Two 9 ounce cans bean dip
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 3-4 chopped green onions
  • sliced black olives
  • 2-3 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

directions

Spread the bean dip on a large serving platter. In a food processor blend the avacados and lemon juice. Spread over the bean dip. Mix the sour cream, mayonaise and taco seasoning together and spread over avacado. Top with green onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese.
