Mango Salsa
This salsa is great with fish like talipia, halibut or salmon.
ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 medium red onion finely chopped
- 1 JalapeƱo pepper, minced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
directions
Combine all of the ingrediantes in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the salso ends up being a little too hot, you can add some diced avocado.
